Josh was the BEST REAL ESTATE AGENT EVER!! It was my and my boyfriends first experience buying a home and Josh was so patient and kind. We had so many questions to ask, like not even knowing what an appraisal was or how the home buying process worked at all. He helped to educate us and prevent us from making quite a few rookie mistakes, lol. He was very on top of scheduling showings when a house came on the market. He helped us not to lose hope when we inevitably lost on a couple homes. When we got our home I actually had a moment of sadness because we weren't going to see Josh anymore with his big smile and warm personality! But I was also super excited because we got an amazing home in this insane market somehow. So anyways, he is the best and we HIGHLY recommend him, especially if it is your first time buying a home and you have no idea what the first step even is, haha. He will lead you through every step of the way!
